A Research Collaboration Between Malaysia, Singapore and China
Guangdong Pharmaceutical University (广东药科大学) — Academic Research Partner
In 2024 we entered a formal research collaboration with Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, one of China’s respected pharmaceutical-science institutions. In April 2026 this work was published as a peer-reviewed study in Pharmaceuticals (MDPI, PubMed-indexed) — with our founder Dr. Kien-Seng Lim as co-author. DOI: 10.3390/ph19040563.
What the study is — stated plainly: it is an animal-model (rat) study that explored porcupine bezoar’s direction of activity in immune modulation. In the model, researchers observed changes in immune- and inflammation-related markers. This is an early research step and a starting point for further study — it is not evidence of any effect in humans, and does not represent an HSA endorsement.
